Capella University offers an online Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Human Resource Management. The school provides two online learning tracks known as GuidedPath and FlexPath. The GuidedPath track will be more familiar to students, where tuition is based on the number of credits they take. However, with the FlexPath track, there is a unique flat-rate tuition per 12-week session. Students are able to take as many courses in that 12-week session and still pay the same flat-rate. Thus, the fastest 10% of students in the FlexPath track are able to graduate with a bachelor's in only 12 months.
